Redhill Regulatory is a small healthcare and regulatory business located in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales.
The business is led by Dave Hill, an independent regulatory consultant, serial entrepreneur and passionate brewer of hoppy beers. He has worked in various technical roles in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries for more than twenty five years.
Dave was born in The Derbyshire Dales on the edge of the Peak District. He completed A levels in the local school, before leaving home to study Power Engineering at Nottingham University and commence his working life. His early career was spent at Brush Traction helping to develop The Channel Tunnel locomotives before moving on to Boots to take up roles in project management and Regulatory Affairs. From here he joined a small family owned healthcare company and learnt the importance of marrying commercial and regulatory needs before becoming Head of Regulatory for a multinational pharmaceutical company managing teams in UK, Italy and France. All those experiences have enabled Dave to forge a successful business as a regulatory consultant, working with many clients again and again.

Dave is married with four children, a dog, a cat, and an assortment of other pets. He plays flugelhorn in a local brass band and helps to develop young brass players through his work directing music in a brass group.
